Right Living offers two types of management plans for property owners: Right Living Plan 1 provides a tenant, paper work and moving in of tenant, leaving the property owner to manage the day to day running of the Tenancy Agreement; Right Living Plan 2 is a complete form of managemet that encompasses the full duration of the tenancy with regular reporting to the property owner.

  • Inspection of Property
  • Advice on Rental
  • Advertise and Marketing of Property
  • Arrange Viewings
  • Take Holding Deposit and Check References from Potential Tenants
  • Prepare Tenancy Agreement
  • Prepare Standing Order Mandate for Rent Payment
  • Move in Tenants - Signing of Inventory and Tenancy Agreement
  • Reading of all Utility Meters
  • Receipt of Deposit and First Month's Advance Rent
  • Advise all Utilities and Council Tax Department of new Tenant Details and Meter Readings
  • Issue Standing Order Mandate to Tenant's Bank
  • Hand Over all Documentation to Property Owner at which time our fees are due in full

  • Full Property Administration
  • Rent Collection
  • Emergency 24 hour call out
  • Extend Tenancy Agreement
  • End of Tenancy Property Inspection and Meter Readings
  • Inventory Reconciliation
  • Return of Holding Deposit to Tenant
  • Management Fees are Payable Monthly from Rent Collected
