Management
Right Living offers two types of management plans for property owners: Right Living Plan 1 provides a tenant, paper work and moving in of tenant, leaving the property owner to manage the day to day running of the Tenancy Agreement; Right Living Plan 2 is a complete form of managemet that encompasses the full duration of the tenancy with regular reporting to the property owner.

- Take Holding Deposit and Check References from Potential Tenants
- Prepare Tenancy Agreement
- Prepare Standing Order Mandate for Rent Payment
- Move in Tenants - Signing of Inventory and Tenancy Agreement
- Reading of all Utility Meters
- Receipt of Deposit and First Month's Advance Rent
- Advise all Utilities and Council Tax Department of new Tenant Details and Meter Readings
- Issue Standing Order Mandate to Tenant's Bank
- Hand Over all Documentation to Property Owner at which time our fees are due in full
